In order to get started, you will need to read and acknowledge the following document

1. We can email you the form for a secure electronic signature.
2. Click to download the PDF, print, sign, take a picture, or scan and email it to: info@monroetaxconnect.com.
🔑 Note: A valid Social Security number is required for processing.

With SecureFilePro, you’ll be able to:

Upload documents securely

Message your tax preparer directly

E-sign your return and make payments

Download a copy of your completed return
Once your return is filed with the IRS, you'll maintain full access to your documents through the portal.
You can access your portal anytime via the "Client Portal" link on our website.

🛠️ Setting Up Your Account
1. Once we receive your signed Engagement & Privacy Policy, we’ll gather the following to create your account:

First & Last Name
-
Social Security Number
-
Email Address
2. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email invitation from SecureFilePro.
Subject Line: You Have a New Account with Monroe Tax Connect
3. Click the link in the email to access the Create Your Password page.
4. Verify the last 4 digits of your Social Security number and create a password.
5. Click Submit, and your portal will be ready to use.
